About Us: Meet our Founder, Kimberly Kirkbride
With over 30 years of executive leadership as COO, CEO, and Executive Director for prominent law and professional service firms across California and in other states. Kimberly Kirkbride brought high energy, innovative leadership and sound management principals to navigate organizational growth and change. She led firms ranging from boutique practices to organizations of 750 attorneys and founded a consulting company that served professionals from accountants and attorneys to athletes and entertainers.
Now, after three decades leading law and professional service firms as a trusted executive, Kimberly shifted her focus to helping people resolve conflicts through mediation with an emphasis on philanthropic service to the community. Kim is a UC Davis-trained, DRPA-Certified mediator, and in addition to Kirkbride Bridge Mediation, she also provides pro-bono mediation services to Orange County Superior Court.
Kimberly’s practice involves providing communication guidance on a selective, advisory basis. She explicitly does not offer legal advice or business management services.
